Introductory telephone call
A phone call is a great way to get things started and it gives us an opportunity to learn about your business and the services you offer. We’ll discuss your specific requirements and explain more about how we work and what will be included in the plan. Either call us or send an email requesting a call back...whatever’s more convenient for you!
There’s information we’ll need from you such as your address and contact details.
This can be as part of the telephone call or there’s a simple form to complete below – Try to provide as much information as possible as it will help us to get started sooner.
We’ll confirm everything
Once we’ve established what you require we’ll create a bespoke proposal outlining all the key points.
This will include a summary of your websites content and the pricing plan. We’ll also list anything else we need from you such as details about your domain name and login credentials.
In order for us to commence work we’ll need your bank details to set up the one off and monthly payments. These can be provided in one of 3 ways:
- Over the phone during our initial phone call
- By adding them to the contact information form
- By downloading and completing a Direct Debit form.
